Hampton Coffee Company is a rapidly-growing family-owned and community-focused espresso bar, cafe, and coffee roastery company located in The Hamptons, on the East End of Long Island. We are Long Island’s largest independent coffee roaster & retailer. 

Our Coffee Roastery delivers our fresh estate-grown hand-roasted coffee to our own locations and to many of the top restaurants and gourmet markets (and even a baseball stadium!) from Manhattan to Montauk every week.  We are proud to support more than a hundred organizations, schools, and charities each year.

    Job Description:

   We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic coffee people who place a high priority on customer service and quality.  We love what we do and are looking for those who feel the same.

    Because of recent growth, we are now looking for new passionate and eager- to-learn baristas, shift supervisors and assistant store managers.  A positive energy and hardworking demeanor is required.  Also necessary is the ability to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment while maintaining your cool.  Excellent communication skills are a must.  If you are serious about coffee, are looking for an opportunity to grow in the profession, and enjoy working in a social atmosphere this is definitely the job for you.  We would love to hear from you.
