Job Description

The Ost Cafe family is expanding and I’m looking for a few good barista/supervisor(s) to train and start this spring at our 12th St. location.. If you *are* one or know someone who *is* one, get at me ASAP! Passion for specialty coffee is a MUST as is the ability to thrive in a friendly but fast-paced high-quality espresso bar environment. Must have at least one year of third wave coffee shop/barista experience and a stellar background in customer service as well. Have a NYS Food Handler Certificate? GREAT. Near-compulsive about cleaning, side work, and related inventory? SUPERB. Ability to work 3-4 shifts per week (AM *and* PM) including weekends)? EVEN BETTER.
