The Trade Union Cafe is looking to hire experienced baristas who have have also worked in restaurants and are able to handle table service.

Must be able to pour latte art, and dial in grinders

Must have food handlers in order to be put on opening shifts.

We are looking for people who enjoy customer service and coffee and who we can rely on to show up on time and commit to a schedule. We have very loyal customers in the neighborhood so there’s a very homey vibe to our place. We like to bring people in who fit into this type of environment.

We are a multi-roaster cafe.

Hourly based upon experience and tips are taken home at the end of each shift. Good table service skills provides a higher tip rate.
