Little Flower is a speciality coffee shop in the heart of the lively Dutch Kills neighborhood in Astoria, Queens. We’re located right off of the 36th Ave stop on the N/W train. We currently have a partnership with Sey, serving some of the finest coffee in New York. At Little Flower, we’re passionate about high quality service, product and customer experience.

We’re looking to hire experienced baristas! Our team is made up of talented, passionate and dedicated people who are committed to our craft. Along with our coffee we also serve homemade pastries and fresh made to order sandwiches which have been featured in Eater NY and The Infatuation.

Our bar setups includes a 2 Group Mavam Mach II, EK43 and E65s GBW grinders.

Tasks & Duties include:
– Experience in Third Wave/Specialty Coffee
– Outgoing and personable towards guests and fellow staff
– Team players that have strong communication skills and ability to take directions
– Prioritizing customer needs above all else
– Take orders on Toast POS
– Keeping inventory check list up to date
– A commitment to making high quality drinks in a quick service environment
– The ability to follow recipes accurately
– Packaging to-go and delivery food orders
– Perform opening and closing shifts of the coffee bar and cafe
– Run food and beverage to customers in a timely manner
– Clean lobby during service
– Prep bar related ingredients and syrups
