Full-Time Bookkeeping Assistant

Job Description

The Think Coffee home office is looking for someone who is proficient in desktop Quickbooks and Excel, with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience to assist the Director of Administration in invoice/sales data entry, reconciling bank accounts, and cutting checks to vendors for all 11 Think Coffee locations. There will also be some light basic office work such as filing and ordering supplies.

Do not apply if you do not have at least 2 years of bookkeeping and Quickbooks experience.

The ideal candidate is extremely organized (seriously), detail oriented, a fast learner, and is able to work independently.

The position is 20 hours and $22 an hour to start, with the probability of full time hours after training. The schedule is somewhat flexible, but generally within standard daytime office hours. Our basement office is casual, there is no dress code, and we listen to music. We are LGBTQIA friendly!

This is not a remote position.
