Job Description

The Brooklyn Roasting Company sources and serves superb and sustainable coffees from the world’s most renowned growing regions. We favor third-party-certified coffees in order to help guarantee a living wage for historically impoverished farmers. The company celebrates the strong local character of Brooklyn and its coffee-roasting heritage. We believe coffee is an inspirational beverage and support our local cultural institutions and the life of the mind in general.

Brooklyn Roasting Company seeks a handful of energetic, enthusiastic, coffee lovers to build our business and extend Brooklyn’s long history and coffee heritage. Successful account executives have both excellent verbal and analytical skills.

Prior experience in the coffee industry is not required. A love of coffee is essential.

Account executives have two core responsibilities:
1. Ably and energetically represent the brand
2. Achieve ambitious sales targets in line with the company’s goals and growth strategy

Salary commensurate with experience and ability.
