Job Description

Milk and Pull Coffee Roasters is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead the team at our Bed-Stuy location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining shop operations to ensure staff members operate efficiently and uphold a hospitable environment for customer interactions. They will work alongside the Operations Director to meet sales goals, facilitate community oriented events and help to train staff members in executing high quality coffee service. We are looking for high energy, outgoing individuals who take pride in serving quality food and drinks. The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing, excellent in time-management and providing prompt communications.
Requirements: Specialty Coffee experience and previous roles in leadership
Food Handlers certificate is required upon hiring
Open availability/flexible schedule (32 work week minimum)
$20 an hour plus weekly tips
