Milk & Pull is currently searching for an Assistant Manager for our Bed-Stuy cafe location. Each cafe operates with the Assistant Manager leading the team by practicing exemplary hospitality to visitors and demonstrating camaraderie amongst their team members. They will work alongside the shift lead and Operations Director to meet sales goals, facilitate community oriented events and help to train staff. The Assistant Managers main responsibility will be to ensure the staff feels comfortable and prepared to serve high quality coffee and sandwiches. The right candidate will be level-headed, outgoing, excellent in time-management and communicating effectively. There is no scheduling or supply ordering involved in this position. Knowledge of the specialty coffee industry and experience in a high-volume specialty coffee shop setting is a requirement.

Start Date:Late August-September 1st
$20/hour plus tips
