Seattle-based Caffe Vita Coffee Roasting Company seeks talented barista with a genuine interest in coffee to work in our Lower Eastside café.

Applicants should have a strong work ethic and exhibit the following qualities:

• Minimum two years relevant experience
• Excellent coffee and espresso preparation
• Proficiency in milk texturing and latte art
• Courtesy and exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to communicate product knowledge and effectively up-sell
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Punctuality and cleanliness
• Ability to problem solve in a high-volume environment
