Chalait is currently recruiting for full-time experienced Manager/baristas to join our team. We are looking for outgoing individuals with great customer service skills who are passionate about matcha, coffee, tea and food. Competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Brewing, serving and talking about matcha, coffee and tea
Serve and package food orders
Maintaining a clean, professional and inviting atmosphere
Operate the register/POS system efficiently
Maintaining inventory and reorder necessary items
Creating and updating menu items, seasonally
Training new employees to the highest standard

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 year of Hospitality and/or café experience a must
Have experience managing cafe or restaurant
Comfortable working in a busy/high volume environment
Exceptional communication and hospitality skills
Passionate about matcha, specialty coffee and tea
High school diploma
Available on weekends and holidays is a must
NYC Food Safety Handlers Certificate is a plus
