Full-Time Cafe & Independent Retail Sales Manager

Job Description

The Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, commercial, and people-orientated Sales Manager to drive the growth of Myracle Kitchen with the speciality café and independent retail market across the East Coast, with a major focus on New York. The role involves winning new business and developing long term relationships with our customers. The successful candidate will have existing relationships within the specialty coffee community as well as an intimate working knowledge of the primary distributors. Successful candidates will be passionate about coffee, be organised and ambitious, comfortable with numbers and a great communicator. The role will require the person to be in field around 80% of the time. The role reports directly to the US General Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Drive profitable sales growth for Myracle Kitchen across the East Coast by developing leads into tangible opportunities
• Build the brand, by presenting the Myracle Kitchen product range and build launch plans that drive great commercial outcomes for the brand and our customers
• Build relationships with state and regional retailers, distributors, and brokers
• Partner with the GM to establish sales objectives, forecasts, and develop annual sales quotas for the region
• Attend trade shows/tabletops and meetings
• Maintain up-to-date CRM – email/cell phone of decision-makers for assigned stores
• Open new accounts and manage sales from end-to-end (forecasting to smoothing out supply chain issues)
• Collaborate with marketing on merchandising and product strategies to increase brand visibility and rate of sale in-store
• Travel expected throughout the east coast
Experience required:
• 3+ Years’ Experience within Speciality Coffee (field-based sales role)
• Able to demonstrate success at brand building at a café level
• Strong communication and analytical skills
