City of Saints Coffee Roasters is currently seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to lead our East Village location. The person best suited for this role will have experience managing hospitality-focused retail environments, leading diverse teams, establishing and maintaining financial expectations, ensuring procedural consistency and compliance, and building a strong community with customers and collaborators.

Responsibilities will include:

• Embodying the best possible example of a hospitality-focused, experience-oriented approach to service
• Cultivating and retaining a diverse team of talented and enthusiastic individuals
• Overseeing financial performance by effectively driving sales, managing costs, impacting a P&L, and prioritizing efficiency
• Management of all inventory, including coffee, paper goods, food, store materials, etc.
• Administrative oversight of cafe operations, including staff scheduling, DOH compliance, coordination with external vendors, coordination with building

Background should reflect:

• Passion for hospitality and experience-oriented service
• 2+ years management of a team retail operation, preferably in food or beverage
• Demonstrable fluency with budgetary organization and accountability
• Experience adhering to NYS Department of Health Regulations, including possession of Food Handlers Certificate at the minimum
• Coffee experience and barista chops are preferred
