Job Description

Casa Nela is seeking a Cafe Manager to join our team. This role will be assisting our management team with the opening of Rosemary’s Pantry. The Pantry will offer a counter service selection of Italian inspired provisions and fare to be enjoyed on the go at home located in our StuyTown location.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

* Shift duties: linestaff Checkin, stocking goods, counting banks, and receive orders
* Ensure organization (FIFO) and cleanliness adheres to Department of Health regulations
* Upholds consistent store set-up of service & retail areas on a shift by shift basis
* Maintaining consistent presence on shift to monitor flow of service and upholding standards for quality, timing, and SOPs
*Assist with POS System updates and maintenance – adding, editing new items*
*Follows all shift procedures and preparation for daily service as well as maintenance of
equipment, reporting deficiencies
