Position: Cafe Manager, for a New Cafe.

We are looking for a dedicated Cafe Manager to work with the store manager for the launching of our coffee shop. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth. Your leadership will guide our team in delivering quality products, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining the high standards.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including POS management, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Possess hands-on knowledge and proficiency in coffee preparation, including operating various coffee machines, understanding the barista process from bean selection to brewing, and ensuring consistent quality across all products.
Ensure customers receive excellent service, address feedback, resolve issues, and continually enhance the overall guest experience.
Uphold the highest standards for pastry preparation, beverage quality, and presentation, maintaining consistency across all products.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, promote seasonal offerings, and engage with the local community through events and collaborations.
Recruit, train, and staff part-time employees accordingly.
Monitor financial performance, analyze sales data, manage budgets, and implement cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintain cleanliness standards, and oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in coffee shop management or a related hospitality role is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with prior Barista experience.
Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Food and Beverage preparation.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of local trends, suppliers, and industry best practices.
