Job Description

City of Saints Coffee Roasters is currently seeking an individual to manage our roastery-café in Bushwick. With the espresso bar only yards away from our roaster, it is important for qualified applicants to have a very strong foundation in preparing and presenting high-quality coffee. In addition, applicants should have experience performing the managerial responsibilities required of a café, including money handling, scheduling, administrative oversight of a small team of baristas, and community-engagement. Experience or interest in business-driving social media is appreciated as well.

The compensation for this position is commensurate with experience, but is structured as an hourly pay rate with bonuses awarded for surpassing sales targets and drawing traffic to our wholesale business.
