Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of baristas, waitstaff, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain a welcoming café environment.
• Maintain stock and inventory, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training on coffee preparation, service standards, and café policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of café/restaurant management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, equipment, and a passion for specialty coffee.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and reporting is a plus.
