Job Description

The Blue Stove pie shop is currently hiring an Operations Manager.  This is a full-time, salaried position.

Some responsibilities will include FOH management, inventory management (placing orders, tracking expenses), quality control, staff management (scheduling, communications, meetings), and management of the coffee/espresso/tea department.  

Previous food-service management experience is required for this position.  Coffee shop and/or bakery experience preferred.  References will be requested.
