Job Description

  • 5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management
  • 3 years supervisory experience combination of FOH & BOH 
  • Preferred – Specialty Coffee experience 2yrs, Beer & Wine 2yrs
  • Comfortability interviewing, with a proven track record of hiring & staff retention
  • Experience managing monthly & yearly goals for revenue & average sale
  • Labor cost analysis & efficient shift scheduling
  • Excellent Inventory management, waste log & minimization
  • COGs analysis & periodic menu development
  • QC & staff training experience
  • Responsibilities : Handle day to day operations of an all day coffee, beer, & wine cafe including inventory management, staffing, expense tracking, & some food/beverage menu development
  • Salary range: $65k – $85k
  • Benefits: Paid vacation and sick days
