Job Description

Seeking full time experience barista with specialty coffee experience.
We do everything from working the register, running the food, packaging to-go/deliveries, bussing, cleaning, prep for catering, etc.

We believe in hard work and teamwork.

Our tips are pooled based on the hours worked.
Hourly rates begin at $16 per hour with a raised to $17 after 90 day period with potential to grow based on candidate’s ability. Tips will add a steady amount to the pay.

Currently we are open Mon-Fri, 7am to 4pm Mon/Fri, 7am to 7pm Tues-Thursday. Busiest hours are in the morning and in the afternoon, but we often have private events after 4pm.
We are not specifically looking for an AM person or a PM person. We have some degree of flexibility with scheduling. We can discuss!

Our aim is to provide consistent products and service through high level of execution.
