Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista who not only appreciates the process of making good coffee, but the impacts the business of making coffee has on the environment, communities, and people we serve. Every coffee we sell funds a project that benefits the farming community, so every cup of Think Coffee is making a difference.

The right candidate has a strong work ethic, will be punctual, proactive, and good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment while providing impeccable customer service.

You must be self-motivated in creating consistent espresso and drip coffee beverages. You must be comfortable dialing in to achieve desired tasting notes and properly steam milk to create latte art.

Qualifications:
Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Barista experience: 1 year (Required)
Vaccinated (Required)
Experience working in specialty coffee or equivalent: 1 year preferred
NYC Food Protection Certificate a plus

Monday – Sunday 10:30am-5:30pm ( please note our hours will be extending in the coming weeks and so this shift will be 12:30pm-7:30pm)
