We have a small, tight-knit group of employees who get along very well and we are looking for a highly detailed, communicative manager to lead the group and reliably manage key cafe operations including:

— Properly and passionately prepare coffee to the highest standards
— Latte art is a must
— Supply ordering [coffee, milk, teas]
— Maintaining a detailed inventory
— Training staff
— Ensuring Health Code standards are met
— Effectively managing barista staff scheduling

We are looking for an amazing person committed to delivering exceptional service experiences every day.

Our ideal applicant will be available to work an average of 40 hours per week.

Food handler’s certificate is required (or must acquire one soon after hire date.) Saturday & Sunday availability is a MUST.
