Job Description

I am an entrepreneur in the planning stages of building an NYC coffee bar and I seek an EQUITY PARTNER to split responsibilities in launching the business and managing the day-to-day operations. I am a trained barista and an experienced (20+ years) small business manager and accountant. Financing for the project is already lined up; only seeking the location at this point.
This is an OWNERSHIP opportunity for a serious, business-minded barista who has dreamed of owning her/his own coffee bar. Final percentages will, of course, depend on what we each bring to the table. At the minimum, the partner candidate will have experience opening cafes, recruiting/training staff, and menu development. I will handle the branding, buildout, equipment and day-to-day business management (accounting, payroll, taxes, etc). Please, only OWNERSHIP-MINDED applicants. Let’s talk.
