At Toby’s Estate Coffee we are dedicated to roasting the highest quality espresso and filter coffee. We believe in sustainably sourced coffee direct from the farm with un-compromised quality and freshness.   We are looking for someone to join our three person education team who is friendly, experienced, flexible and offers unparalleled hospitality and enthusiasm.

Our coffee educators train our staff and our wholesale clients staff, they assist the sales team, attend events, participate in quality control, take brew school and public cupping’s,  and participate with retail human resources (hiring / reviews) and general administration.

Qualifications required:

• 3-5 years Specialty Coffee experience
• exceptional brewing skills
• previous education experience
• able to confidently lead cupping classes
• active participant in the US coffee industry, enjoy attending conferences, events and or have competed or judged USBC competitions
• excellent time management and trouble shooting skills
• understanding of equipment issues
• current with industry trends and coffee preparation
