Did you know that every coffee roaster in America is freshly roasting OLD coffee?
As America’s freshest specialty coffee provider, Devocion is the only roaster that roasts fresh green beans. In fact, Devocion’s green beans are roasted on average 15 to 30 days after leaving the dry mill at origin (and as quickly as 10 days), while every other roaster in the market averages 5-6 months and roasts up to a year! Yes, we also roast our coffee fresh!

All this great effort comes with impeccable attention to detail, including assisting our clients and coffee shops with best-in-class Technical Service. Here, Devocion is seeking someone to join our team and help us sustain our growth and efforts to be the freshest and best roaster in the market.

Joining Devocion’s Technical Service Department means you will deepen your knowledge of all types of coffee equipment and understand how specialty coffee interacts with them.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Provide equipment maintenance to Devocion’s Coffee Shops and wholesale customers.
• Provide emergency service for all Devocion’s Coffee Shops and wholesale customers.
• Work closely with the wholesale team to provide an excellent service to all our wholesale customers.
• Work with our Education and Wholesale departments to ensure and manage quality standards for all equipment.
• Quality control visits for wholesale customers.
• Give Exceptional customer service to our clients.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Have experience as a coffee tech, mechanic, electrician, or handyman.
• Have a driving license and be willing to drive and travel.
• Understands basic electrical concepts
• Be able to pick up over 50 pounds with ease.
• Have availability to work overtime, and on weekends
• Barista experience is not required but preferred
