We are Bonsai Kakigōri. NYC’s first kakigōri kissaten. We are a Japanese-Inspired Dessert Bar and Café. We are hiring for our new flagship location on Stanton St in the Lower East Side. We are launching a beverage program featuring matcha, Japanese Style Pour Over Coffee, and tea, and need knowledgeable and hospitable team members to join us!
