Job Description

We are looking for baristas to hire baristas for current permanent and temporary positions — one barista for a permanent part-time position and several for other special events and pop-ups. Pay is $27/hr.

We love coffee nerds and will gladly chat with you about origins, processes, or the latest pourover brewer. But we are also looking for people who recognize that each person experiences coffee in a personal way. It’s important to us to create an inclusive and fun environment. We want people who love learning, are prompt and reliable, and have solid espresso experience.

Essential qualifications:
Specialty coffee knowledge
Ability to pull balanced manual espresso shots
Can produce beautiful and tasty microfoam
Passionate about coffee of all varieties

Strong pluses:
New York Food Handler’s Certificate
Latte art skills
