-oversee the coffee, tea, and pastry program

-train staff accordingly to utilize a GB5, steampunk, and execute latte art consistently

-train staff to steam milk appropriately with the right foam, temperature for each drink

-handle guest services professionally with a positive mind/attitude

-hire and lead a barista crew according to the rules and procedures of the company
