Job Description

Diljan Bakery is a new bakery in Brooklyn Heights, in collaboration with Chef Bryan Ford. Recently featured in The New Yorker, New York Magazine, The New York Times, The Infatuation, Hypebeast, and Eater.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are beginning to roast our own coffee and develop a more comprehensive coffee program.

We are seeking an experienced, high level barista to lead and shape this program. This role requires someone who can match the standard of our baking and build a coffee program to meet it.
