Barista and Coffee Retail Specialist:

Abbotsford Road Coffee Specialists in Gowanus, Brooklyn is hiring a full-time Coffee Retail Specialist with minimal Barista experience. Candidate will be the face of ARD Retail Showroom and must display a strong customer focus in their daily operations. This is an opportunity start at the beginning and grow with the company.

Applicants need to be have the following:

  • Minimum understanding and knowledge of all coffee brewing methods
  • Great attitude, will to learn
  • 2+ years high volume customer service experience
  • Passion for hospitality and coffee industry
  • Ability to work as part of a growing team and show leadership
  • Adapt to challenges that maybe outside the job description
  • Take ownership of projects and run with them from start to finish
