Job Description

We are looking for full-time roaster to join our roasting team!

Coffee roasting (on Probat UG45 and L12)
Weighing/filling coffee bags
Order fulfillment (retail, wholesale, online orders, cafes, etc)
Prepping shipments and deliveries
Receive and put away deliveries
Setting up/breaking down coffee cuppings
Cold Brew production help as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work station and production area
Report to Head Roaster
Familiarity with Cropster a plus
