Seeking experienced hospitality-minded Food and Beverage professional to join our team at MADE Hotel. The MADE F&B FOH team is lead by Charles Seich formerly of Major Food Group and the BOH crew is led by Chef Tyler Heckman formerly of Toro and Le Turtle. This is a full time position. Part time supervisor position also available.

Position may be Salary or hourly depending on availability.

The candidate selected for this position will specialize in the following areas:

1. Operations of PAPER Coffee

Paper is fantastic coffee shop at the front of the MADE Hotel. Here at Paper, we roast our own coffee locally and are completely committed to offering the highest level product possible with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality.

2. Oversight and Management of Breakfast Service

Manage a three person breakfast staff. Help facilitate opportunities for the AM team to cultivate unique experiences for all guests during breakfast service.

3. Oversight and Management of Lunch Service.

Manager Bar production and flow of service in the Hotel lobby during the afternoon.

Candidates must have a minimum of one year NYC hospitality experience, advanced knowledge of coffee, tea, New American cuisine, and fine dining steps of service. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, curious, enthusiastic, and punctual. Prior experience with team management and motivation will be prioritized.

Applicants with experience with ordering coffee & tea products is preferred.
