We’re looking to hire for our Store Management position for one of our many locations. We call the position Coffee Shop Lead (CSL) because that is what you can expect to do every day…. Lead-the-Coffee-Shop!

Do you love making Coffee? Do you like making new friends? Do you love building teams and helping grow people in a fast-paced environment?

If so, we want to hear from you! As a CSL, you set the tone of your store. From the music being played to the types of pastries being sold, you get to create an environment that keeps people coming back again and again. The store should be clean, organized, well-staffed, stocked and welcoming to all. You should have experience in budgets, sales tracking, inventory management and staff development. You should love sharing knowledge and always be looking to uplift and encourage your team.

What we’re looking for in you:
~You are a strong leader who both supports and challenges your staff to be their best.
~You have a record of helping to grow your staff into various roles within the store.
~You understand how to drive your shop to financial success through operational excellence and creative initiatives.
~You are articulate and an effective communicator both in written and verbal forms to people at all levels in the company.
~You are empathetic, kind, confident and not afraid of a challenge or work.
~You love to collaborate and draw upon your own experiences as well as others to make something better than you found it
~You have your NYC DOH FHC (food handler card) or are willing to get in first 30 days.
~You have at least 2 years of Previous Specialty Coffee experience
~You have at least 2 years experience in management level positions
