Coffee Shop Lead (Store Manager) | $70K+ Guaranteed | Birch Coffee, NYC
Lead the coffee shop. Literally.
We call this role Coffee Shop Lead because that’s exactly what you’ll do every day: lead the coffee shop. The playlist, the pastry case, the vibe when your team clocks in, the regular who gets their order started before they reach the counter. It’s all yours to shape.

What your day looks like
You’ll balance the art of great coffee with the science of smooth operations. You’ll coach baristas and grow future Shift Leads, track sales and drive your shop’s financial goals, manage inventory and ordering, dream up initiatives that build community and morale, and make sure every guest feels seen from first hello to goodbye. You coach, you taste, you hustle, and you watch your store thrive.

• You have 2+ years of specialty coffee experience
• You have 2+ years in a management role
• You have your NYC DOH Food Handler’s Card, or can get it within your first 30 days
