Job Description

St Jardim is a cafe and natural wine bar in the West Village. We serve Sey coffee and Song Tea and have developed a great program since opening 6 months ago. We’re looking for someone to lead our program and maintain high quality service of our coffee/tea. We have a full kitchen during the day and are a natural wine bar at night.

Responsibilities include:
Coffee and tea ordering
Inventory of supplies
Training
Quality control
Hosting weekly cuppings

Experience required:
Dialing in espresso and drip coffee
Working with TDS machine
Proficient milk texturing and latte art
Tea knowledge
Previous experience as a shift lead or lead barista
