Job Description

Shared Roasting is hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager. We will provide job-specific training.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage delivery and pickup logistics safely and efficiently with use of forklift and pallet jacks

Maintain a clean production floor and space throughout the day

Manage, troubleshoot and maintain production equipment

Stage and prep pallets for clients
Maintain pallet inventory

Assist with production

REQUIREMENTS:

Able and willing to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day

Have a no-task-is-too-small mentality

Good ability to follow and manage a schedule throughout the day
Multi-task across a range of production-related functions
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for safety

Desire to work in a small-team environment with many opportunities for career development

Good customer service and communication skills

COMPENSATION:

Full-time, hourly employee with frequent overtime pay opportunities

Starting base of $24 to $27 per-hour based on experience

Discretionary performance bonus after 1 year of employment
Six-month probationary period
