Job Description

OmniPak imports and distributes espresso and American coffee, Faema espresso machines, Wilbur Curtis coffee brewers, Lurisia water, Bindi desserts, and many other products.

A major division of our company is the espresso/coffee machine repair/technical department. We provide technical service for Faema, Cimbali, La Marzocco, Wega, La San Marco, San Remo, La Spaziale, and all other espresso machine manufacturers, and various American coffee brewing systems. We also work with super-automatic espresso machines and all brands of grinders. Most of the work is on Faema/Cimbali espresso machines.

We are looking for an experienced tech to work full-time in this division alongside the department head. You will be working at our in-house technical department in Flushing, Queens, as well as doing service calls at our many accounts throughout Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, Brooklyn, and Westchester.

Job requirements:

-Significant experience with technical/repair work with above mentioned machines

-Fluent English speaker

-Clean driver license and own car

-Plumbing/electrical knowledge

-Ability to speak Italian and/or Spanish is a plus!

-Strong communication skills – coordinating with front office, quality control department, other technicians, and customers
