Job Description

Toby’s Estate Coffee is a small batch roaster located in Brooklyn, New York. We travel the world sourcing coffee, celebrating quality and complexity. As roasters and baristas, we believe that each coffee can tell a story and we strive to share that in every cup.

We are looking for a part-time employee to assist in the production of cold brew, with the potential for full-time hours during the height of summer.

This position is 20-30 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, with hours ranging from 8am to 6pm depending on the day.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, hardworking, punctual, have great attention to detail, and able to work for long periods of time without supervision.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted, 150lbs assisted
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Prior coffee knowledge preferred.
• Cold brewing and cupping experience ideal

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly ranges $15 – $18, depending on experience
