Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive barista whose hobbies or work include coffee. The ideal team member would be a creative barista who has original, great ideas for recipes, loves engaging in coffee-related conversations, and who posts and shares coffee-related content in the coffee realm already.

What You’ll Do:

Dedicate 1 – 2 hours a day to actively engaging with our two online communities (Discord and Twitter)

Discord: This includes answering questions from our members, starting coffee-related conversations, sharing tips and tricks on brewing, posts in our recipe section, etc.

Twitter: Hold weekly coffee discussions on Twitter Spaces (1 hour) to talk about coffee and answer questions on all things coffee (how to brew, drink types, favorite cafes, etc)
– Create short, informal, “how-to” clips that can be shared on Discord and Twitter
– Create and share text-based coffee recipes

Requirements:
– 2 – 5 years of professional barista experience
– A passionate and active member of the coffee community
– Some knowledge of Twitter and Discord
– Comfortable leading an open conversation and answering live questions (Twitter Spaces)
– Articulate communicator with exceptional writing skills

This is a flexible, work-where-you-are job, but we do require a dedicated 1-2 hours a day (5-7 hours a week). We are looking to fill this position immediately. With

$20.00 an hour
