Job Description

Macaron Café is a family-owned French pastry company proudly serving New York City since 2017.What started as a passion for authentic French macarons has grown into multiple locations across Manhattan, offering handcrafted pastries, specialty coffee, and a genuine French café experience.Every macaron we sell is handmade using traditional French techniques and carefully selected ingredients. We take pride in offering products of exceptional quality, inspired by French savoir-faire and attention to detail.We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our Midtown Manhattan team.What you’ll do:

Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
Present and sell our handcrafted macarons and pastries
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
Process orders and handle POS transactions
Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team culture
What we’re looking for:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and punctuality
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Coffee experience is appreciated but not required
Desire to learn and grow within the company

This will give both you and us the opportunity to ask questions and see whether the position is a good fit. If everything goes well, we’ll schedule a paid trial shift. You’ll be paid for all the hours worked during the trial. Afterward, if we decide to move forward, your training will be paid at the regular employee rate. The length of the trial and training period will depend on your experience and how quickly you become comfortable in the role.
