Reforesters Laboratory is a brand new sound clinic and adaptogenic café set to open in September in the vibrant heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Our café will be open daily from 7am to 4pm, featuring premium coffee, chef-created, adaptogenic savory & sweet take-away foods, and unique herbal teas, all while hosting daily holistic wellness classes and offerings.

We are looking for a passionate coffee enthusiast who excels in customer service, is eager to learn, and seeks a long-term role that extends beyond brewing coffee to embrace holistic principles within our unique environment. It’s a definite plus if you have an interest in music and healing modalities such as breathwork, meditation, deep listening sonic experiences, and immersive sound sessions.

Expectations:

• Provide outstanding hospitality to every guest, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-cared for in our space
• Collaborate with the team to craft and serve specialty-grade, fully traceable coffee in diverse forms, including espresso, pour-over, drip, cold brew, and more.
• Engage in continuous learning about our cafe, adaptogenic offerings, and classes offered
• Ensure the café runs smoothly and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This includes tidying up the space, keeping the cafe clean, and a general proactive approach to maintaining the vibe & cleanliness of our space.

Compensation:

$20/hour + tips
