Celebrated Williamsburg cocktail bar, DONNA, is now open for daytime service, proudly offering ‘Cafe Integral’ coffee alongside tacos by ‘Brooklyn Taco’ and pastries baked fresh in house daily by ‘Honey and Salt’.

As the program expands, DONNA is seeking a full time experienced barista to helm the specialty coffee service, enhancing coffee knowledge of the staff with an emphasis on drink consistency and quality.

The barista must:

– Provide exceptional and personable customer service

– Prepare all specialty coffees in a fast pace while maintaining the highest level of standards for all product preparation

– Produce superior product presentation

– Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment

– Work with co workers and managers to solve problems and improve quality and service

– Follow all cash management policies to ensure accountability

– Open/ close the coffee bar

– Work to support preparations for night time service in a supportive role as needed

The ideal candidate possesses:

-Food Protection Certificate

– 1-2 years of experience as barista

– Great outgoing personality & experience in customer service

– Excellent work ethic

– Be available to work full time and varied hours/days based on business needs
