KRAUSSHAUS

Keyholders/ Dessert Baristas/ Shift Leads Needed:
KRAUSSHAUS is an elevated frozen dessert concept opening in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We serve premium shaved ice, soft serve, granitas, and pour-over coffee in a thoughtfully designed space focused on quality ingredients, creativity, good music and great hospitality.

We’re looking for warm, out going people who enjoy working with others, connecting with guests, and being part of a positive team environment.

This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing brand and help create something special from day one.

Positions Available: Key holder/Opener • Key holder/Closer • Shift Lead • Dessert Barista

Days: Tuesday-Sunday

Store hours: 12pm-10pm

Competitive hourly pay $17-$19 + tips TBD based on role/experience

Ideal Candidate:

1+ years of experience in hospitality, ice cream retail, guest service, retail, or another customer-facing role

Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Passion for hospitality, fun food, ice cream, music, art, coffee, and guest experience

Must have NYC Food Handler’s Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities:

Prepare shaved ice, fun desserts, soft serve, granitas, and pour over coffee

Deliver warm, attentive customer service

Operate POS and handle transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, inspection approved, organized, and visually appealing workspace

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Restock inventory and monitor product levels

Help create a welcoming and memorable guest experience
