We are looking for a key leader to join the growing Joe family.

Past experience leading cafes or shops from an operations, staffing, P&L standpoint is necessary. This role drives store profitability (sales, labor, COGS, OpEx), communicates with vendors and business partners to execute store operations, hires and develops staff, and leads the way in offering great hospitality and delicious coffee to all customers.

Besides management experience, we are looking for someone who will lead with the Joe values of craft, curiosity, commitment and community. We’d love to find someone truly passionate about coffee and our mission.
