We’re seeking a skilled espresso machine technician who takes pride in their craft and has a proven track record of excellence in commercial espresso equipment service and repair.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with commercial espresso machine repair and maintenance.
Expert knowledge of La Marzocco machines required, you should know these machines inside and out.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to efficiently identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Must own a complete set of professional-grade tools.
Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.
