As an expanding company, we are seeking passionate, hard working, motivated individuals to help build a team of baristas & sales associates. Mah-Ze-Dahr Bakery is in search of talented self-motivated employees who are action oriented and self starters. As a growing company we have opportunities for advancement and promotion.

job requirements:

– knowledge & love of coffee
– 1-2 years experience at coffee shop/bakery or comparably business
– operate necessary equipment related to the job including, but not limited to: espresso machine, coffee grinder, batch brewer, pos system
– willingness to learn about bakery offerings and pastry pairings
– create espresso drinks based on bakery menu; to customer preferences
– ability to work both independently and be a strong team player
– familiarity with fast paced and high volume environments
– strong work ethic
– timeliness and reliability
– flexible schedule, evenings & weekends required
– maintain uncompromising cleanliness
