Job Description

We are looking for an experienced coffee professional that is self motivated and interested in growing our espresso catering business Everyman To-Go. During the events season you will communicate with clients, order product, secure staff, load in events, promote the service on social media, and generate P and L reports. During the off season you will work barista shifts at one of our three shops. Compensation is a combination of hourly wage and commission.

The position will require:

• A valid Driver’s License
• Charisma and Spunk!
• Excellent communication skills
• Open availability and ability to embrace a flexible schedule
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Heavy lifting (50-70lbs)
• Great problem solving skills
• Passion for coffee quality and hospitality
• Ability to build spreadsheets from Excel and/or Google Sheets

It’s a plus if you have experience in:

• espresso technician skillz
• management
• sales
• catering
• driving a van in NYC
