Job Overview

As a Cashier / Expeditor, you will ensure service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with great service, quality coffee selection, and speedy transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and connect with every customer to provide excellent customer service.
• Discover customer needs and appropriately suggest products to enhance service and sales.
• Maintain the customer service area and equipment in a clean and appealing manner.
• Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily and weekly task sheets, meeting cleaning standards.
• Work as a store team player.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
