Job Description

Paloma Coffee & Bakery seeks an exceptional barista to join our team. We are a small coffee roaster and artisan bakery based in Greenpoint that has recently opened our flagship location. We roast all our own coffee and do all of our baking in-house, and we seek talented coffee pros who can maintain a working knowledge of a large roster of coffees and assist customers in narrowing their purchase decisions.

We want people who make everyone around them feel great, as we pride ourselves on the warmth and efficiency of our service.

We typically folks with quite dedicated specialty coffee resumes of 5-10 years experience at other high volume specialty shops. Our hourly pay range is $16-20/hr for the Barista role based on demonstrable skills and experience, and tips are fantastic.
