Butler was founded in 2016 and blends a high end pastry offering with a cozy neighborhood cafe vibe. With multiple locations in Williamsburg and Dumbo, the first Manhattan location opened in late 2021 in the heart of Soho.

We are seeking passionate and engaging baristas that pride themselves in providing outstanding service to guests as well as providing high quality espresso, hot and iced beverages in a high volume environment.

– Previous experience with third wave coffee is a must (dialing in equipment, latte art).
– Experience with La Marzocco or similar top tier brand of machine is preferable.
– Current New York Food Handlers Card is advantageous.

In addition to the above requirements, baristas are expected to be a face of the business, constantly greeting, farewelling and conversing with guests. Detail oriented, ensuring the consistency of the Butler product even in the busiest periods. A great communicator, being able to work well as a team player and work alongside management to assist in the training of staff members.
