Berg’n, a 9,000 square foot beer hall opening in Crown Heights this spring, is hiring experienced baristas for a stand-alone coffee shop serving Parlor Coffee, Dough Doughnuts, The White Mustache Yogurt, and Blue Marble Ice Cream. This is a new project brought to you by the founders of Smorgasburg and Brooklyn Flea in an exciting, up-and-coming area!

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals armed with super positive attitudes, backed up by un-crushable work ethic.

Ideal prospects will:

• possess an understanding of espresso-making techniques including dialing in the espresso machine, pulling shots, and texturing milk for latte art
• maintain a professional, positive, supportive work environment at all times; 86 egos, whining and drama
• shine as ambassadors of our style of hospitality, our food and beverage philosophy, and beer hall culture
• be flexible, organized and embrace working in an ever-evolving environment
• maintain calm under pressure
• really dig specialty coffee, delicious treats, American craft beer, and natural wine
